The players you play with won't help you get out of bronze, it is how you play. If you play like crap and get carried by your team every game, then you're gonna be stuck in bronze. If you are playing against higher ranks such as gold or silver and you play really good and you get a positive K/D and you play the objective then you are on your way out of your division and onto the next. You can't have other people carry you there. So you might want to practice the objective and your gunskill.
