I recently got fibre optic broadband (BT INFINITY) and the first week was all well. But i get disconnected every 30 minutes which then means i have to re-enter the router key on the dashboard EVERY time.
I do not know why it happens People have been having the same problem and i do not know if its fixed or not
It's fine on my laptop and everything, just my xbox. PLease help?

IF It was me mate, i would definetly tell my mom or dad to ring BT And explain the problem on what your experiencing every 30 minutes..
I Moved house at the end of august and im living above a pub/bar..It's a big move for us but its massive up here, my rooms pretty beast now but anyway, my Virgin internet was suppost to be installed on the 3rd of september and it didn't come..So my mom rang back up and asked why and virgin said that their delaying the internet for another 4 weeks because they have got to fit another wire underground outside..God knows why it takes 4 weeks to do that but yh! So now im currently using standard BT Connection...(its awful) Im disconnecting few times a day and its really annoying..It's just standard BT, It's not even any edition like BT Infinity is..But declare yourself lucky bro!
So yeh, just ring BT and tell them whats wrong and you should get a Engineer come out to your home sooner or later
