Hello
My screen is cracked and pretty much look like this now. (its a drawing of how my screen looks)

i dont know, i may be able to see 20 % of my screen. is there a way i can change the resolution and set it so i can see the whole dislpay on my 20% screen? if so please tell me.
or if you know, how do i fix my cracked screen for free? its my school pc so i can send it in to scool, but it will cost me. is there a way i can fix it by myself for free?

I have hooked my pc on the tv now, but at school i cant do that so i really want to fix this

The only way to fix this is to get another screen sorry.

Yeah like the guy above said, the only way you can get this to work is to either get another screen or get the screen fixed.. The only other way this could work is if you were to connect it up to another screen like you're doing right now.
