Just some of the ores and blocks should be different..
it would be great for creative building so it does not "suck" imo.

does nobody have an imagination? its a MASS EFFECT mashup pack and mass effect has one of the most diverse universes in the history console gaming. Yeah it would have been nice if they had changed the mob skins, dogs as varren, zombies as husks, skeletons as geth, spiders as rachni etc. but that aside, just pretend an otherworldly equivelent of gold is red or what-have-you. Minecraft is a game about ultimate imagination. it can be any game you want it to be, and that's really what the mashup packs are all about. obviously not everyone will like everything that's common fact, but I feel that most of you are missing the real point, or just hopping on the bandwagon.
