It shouldn't break I had a jailbroken device for a year
Just don't download anything stupid from cydia :3

Ok so all you have to do is restore it via iTunes, or just update it I you don't want lose anything it will take the jailbreak off, nothing will break or anything will happen you should be good :3

Try restoring through iTunes that's what I had to do ope I helped:)
