I recently went to my local computer store and got a build recommended to me. I was told I'd be able to handle BF4 and most graphically-appealing games rather well, even on higher settings, but when I ran it by my friend he told me it would struggle, not excel. I was wondering if there's a site I can use to run the specs of it into it and get a report as to how it'd handle various games at various settings.

If not I can always post the build here but I wanna know if I'll even get a response to this thread first.

Well I am, this is going to be my first built computer and a massive upgrade from my current one if done right. The shop sells the parts and will assemble for their labor fee as well. Specs are as follows:
Case: Bitfenix Mini ITX
Power Supply: OCZ Modular-600 watt
Motherboard: Msi FM2-A75IA-E53
CPU: AMD A10-5800K
Hard Drive: 60GB SSD 6G (Just for starters, the case holds multiple and I plan on adding another, larger one when I get the funds)
Memory: 8GB DDR3-2133Ghz
GPU: ATI 6950 256bit 1GB

that could only run games like pinball, or sims. How much are you paying?

About $900. If you have a better one, preferably more cost effective, I'd be more than willing to jot it down.

How well will it run* the games I throw at it? Because I plan on playing a lot of the demanding games on very high settings to take the best advantage of the fact that I'm on PC. I plan on using this new rig a LOT more since I'm switching exclusively to PC for the 7th console gen.

He pc i gave u will run every game you throw at it on high- ultra settings 1080p 55-60 fps all the time and over. Arma 3 is hardest game to run right now. It can run that maxed no problem along with crysis 3 and any game out as of now. This pc will be better than that pc u showed us. Also if u need more convincing google the parts like ATI 6950 vs AMD RADEON 7950 this will out beat that pc anyday.

Even if it was of the same quality as the PC I showed you I'd still go with your build due to it being cheaper. I appreciate the help. Is this build future-proofed at all and if not how soon will I need to upgrade?
