Once iOS 7 releases to the public, they will release a jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3 along with the jailbreak for iOS 7.

i have the same problem that you have. Im just going to stay at 6.1.3 and wait till the jailbreak comes out. If it comes out for ios 7 first ill update if not and it only comes for 6.1.3 or 6.1.4 ill be lucky to have stayed and waited.

Better yet - just wait a week or two. Honestly, Apple will announce the release date for iOS 7 tomorrow at their Apple Event they have planned. Who knows; maybe it will come out tomorrow(highly unlikely, I know). Honestly depends on what device you are updating. If it's the iPhone 4 or iPad 2, I'd stay at 6. My iPhone 4 is rather slow with it, and my iPad 4 is quick and responsive(as it should be). I'm hoping this is just a beta bug though. I'm sure they'll improve performance in the coming days before release. If for some reason you seriously cant stop yourself from updating - go for it. But I'd recommend waiting, as it's going to be released within the next 2(and maybe 3) weeks. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

it all comes down to tomorrow. there is a 6.1.3 jailbreak all ready to go but if the exploit is patched in ios 7 the jailbreak is worthless. Its a wait and see until jailbreak devs can get their hands on ios 7. if it isent patched i would keep waiting for the jailbreak if it is update to ios 7
