Welcome, to the Los Santos Verrukt Family! This is for xbox

First off, this family is all about equality. If we perform a heist, the profits will be split equally amongst ranks.
When multiplayer kicks off officially I will be the leader obviously, and everyone else will start off as muscle. I may ask some personal friends to join and they will be higher ranks because I know them, but everyone will have an equal opportunity to rank up through the family.
Next, we are mainly about running our area, performing heists and robberies, and causing chaos whenever and wherever we can. The family will be VERY organized as well.
Divisions
High Rollers-My division. Here, we go for the biggest and toughest jobs we can find. We will always split the money equally throughout the survivors.
Off-Roaders-This is one out of 3 new divisions. Here, you will have your team in off road vehicles(such as dirt bikes, 4 wheelers, buggies etc) and you will perform vast robberies throughout the country valley. They will be quick and clean.
Air Team- This team will also be a slightly tougher team. They will go for the tougher to reach jobs. You will be deployed from the aircraft of choice(depending on the job) and you will enter quickly, and leave quickly.
Silent team- The more obvious name. You will be quiet about your robberies, using gasses, silencers, and quiet vehicles. This team will go for nearly anything.
Verrukt Family- The family. We will gather everyone who is available and go have fun. We will kill people who go against us, go bmx'ing, have inner gang fights(for practice), go driving in the country, or whatever you like to do! Respect everyone and have fun.
Here is a list of jobs that will be available for my team.
Drivers-Obviously will be driving. I personally will be driving my own motorcycle as my own vehicle. There can be one more biker and 2 people driving the main vehicles.
Sniper-1 sniper strategically placed
Gunmen- 4-6 gunmen for the heist/robbery
Getaways-This is what will help with us getting away. They will be placing semis/trucks/other heavy duty vehicles as road blocks or doing things to stop the police.
If you would like to have your own division, please post the normal form below, along with this one.

Joining the family is simple, you just need to pass the qualifications and then fill out the form!

Must be over 16! No acceptations
Must be getting the game within 3 days of it coming out. Why? Because you will need the time to prepare for the game and know how it works better.

Alright guys, sounds good for the most part. I am also thinking about needing an airplane pilot for some heists... ;)
Quick side note-I think on max star level, there will be military involved in the chase, so be prepared to deal with lots of cops everyone! Especially drivers.
