There are a few steps that go into using the 3D effect to your advantage in a manipulation, its something I don't normally share with other artists. Those few steps is something that keeps me different from other designers.

I am aware how to acquire that style, what i am wondering is why do you use it in your manipulations, it doesn't look bad, im just curious to know if it serves a purpose to the image or if its just a signature thing.

There are a few steps I do before I apply the 3D effect which helps everything fall into place, whether it is any type of digital art. The 3D effect plus those other steps help the image become more crisp, and clean.
