It'd help if you gave us the actual spec of the system.

Wonder who made you the FX 6300 build? ;)

If you were going to upgrade the GPU in the near future then the 6300 build would be the one to go for.

If you don't plan on upgrading soon then go with Vishera's build, the 750k.

The bottom build would have better upgradeability.

The 6300 won't bottleneck some games.

Such as Battlefield 3 Online, the Athlon usually makes the performance very poor, even on higher end GPU's.

The FX 6300 would run Minceraft a lot better than the Athlon.

So the bottom one.

People are saying the bottom build, but they are missing a critical point. The RAM for the bottom build is 1x4GB, which is something you NEVER want to do. Switch it out with something that is 2x2GB. Motherboards run RAM in a dual-channel, so having only 1 RAM stick is bound to cause issues.

RAM is RAm, it won't make a huge amount of difference, but lets face it, if you had 4GB of RAM. It wouldn't be to long before getting some more.

Dual Channel memory is better yes, but it doesn't matter to much.
