I feel like people don't give out as much rep anymore, maybe it's just me but I see people being helpful all the time and I give them rep.

So I'd like to change this a bit, whoever posts a funny meme, joke, original comment or whatever I'll give you rep, just trying to do something a bit different rather than the usual. I can only give rep to a limited number of people per day so I'll limit it to the top 5 or so best everyday and I'll make a list, if you're on the list you'll get rep
