I had no idea online was seperate I would have been sat there release day thinking how the f#%k do I play online

yeah im surprised that Rockstar isnt making a statement yet clarifying this. They will have so many irate customers on release day because no one is looking up this information.

Rockstar said that GTA V has been in production for 5 years since GTA IV came out, not since 2011.

and also they said the download for online will be a very small file just to activate the online mode...

Youre right about the download thing but wrong for the other one
Im talking about GTA Online not GTA V
GTA Online is a separate game from GTA V
And they've been thinking about releasing it since GTA3 which was in 2001

and GTA Online is going to be released on October 1st

alos if you could link me to where it says that it will be a small file to unlock online that would be great
ill add it to the post
