ive been hearing alot of good about it so now im torn between the s4 and the note 3 now

the note 3 is big. I don't recommend it if you're shorter than 6'0ft

I'd say get the HTC One. I hear its pretty good and it looks great!

it looks like it has a good design front speakers all metal but my first smartphone was an htc and overall wasnt too satisfied

Get the iPhone. Or if you love taking pictures get the Nokia with the 42 Megapixel camera.
