I have previously bought 8GB corsair vengeance ram and in the details it says not dual compatible but any other site says it is. so not 100% sure. please help.

If you mean you're asking whether it is dual channel memory then yes. Most motherboards these days will take dual channel RAM, you just need to make sure it has the same CAS latency, and to a lesser extent speed.

If you selected that module on that link because it is exactly the same it'll be fine.

the ram is compatible...site doesnt know what theyre talkking about
