Defiantly not worth it! My opinion is that you are paying that much to have a copy of the game, a hat? (Which isn't anything special or expensive), a security bag? (Who needs one?), and 2 extra dlc content compared to the special edition?

120 for me, Since gta only comes out every couple of years i'd say the money is worth it.
