Hello I need help finding an above ground Skelton spawner, all that I am spawning is snow biomes please help

I have one seed with exposed Skeleton Spawner
If you dig direct below of the spawner about 25 blocks you will hit another skeleton spawner and under the spawner there is one Spider spawner about 15 blocks down
And the same seed has Stronghold almost direct below the start spawn

I will give the seed for you when i get to xbox
