No. NPC's are said to live normal lives. ike a job, going to the store, getting on the bus, etc.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that NPCs will take pictures of you, and can call the police if you are doing suspicious activity. I read somewhere that they can take pictures of you (as in a tourist type of thing) and you can hire them to drive you around in multiplayer.

Thats the only thing different compared to all the other gta's?

There best be more of them wondering around this time, although from the many gameplays I have now watched it's not looking good, hardly anyone on the streets.

The only reason for that is either crime took place, or a storm is happening. (Rain, etc)

Seemed to me that there werent enough cars driving around like in midnight club where you have the road all to yourself most of the time, thats all im worried about is driving mechanics and how fluid the game feels.

I hope your are right but even the video's that are in the day(with no rain ect) the streets just seemed like a ghost town.

i think the game is going to be so good
