My ShopTo parcel has been dispatched

Is this a online shop or "Walk in shop"
If it's a walk in shop print off emails and show the manager.

I have done loads of password resets but the account doesn't exist apparently but we still get emails from shop to so I don't know and how do u know its been dispatched can you post a picture?

I got a picture of my package and an email saying they've sent it.

The problem with your account happened to mind, just contact shopto and they can fix it real easy, calm down too if they're sending you emails they know you've bought it and will send you the game.

I did contact them and they said they couldn't find the account everyone's is getting dispatched but mines:(

Relax bro, I know how you feel but just chill.

My mate hasn't had an email saying his has been dispatched but on his account on ShopTo it says processing and has a picture so if you aren't getting an email about it no worries.

If you have an email with your receipt include that in a ticket to ShopTo and they will sort you out, even if they haven't sent it yet because of the mess up with the site I'm sure they'll send it express so it's here for tuesday anyway.

No problem man and cheers. Shopto has like a 99.8% record of getting it customers the day of release or before so if it does turn our your order hasn't been sent it will still get to you if you show your receipt.
