I don't know what is going, but absolutely ANY computer on my network cannot upload images to any website it seems.
Websites I have tried and cannot upload images to at all:
Tinypic
eBay
This website
guildlaunch for a FFXIV guild I'm in
Lots more I forgot
I am unable to test if non images upload via browser, but I'd imagine not.
However, I still obvious can upload SOME stuff (such as this text), and uploading images to Second Life seems to work fine, as does actually playing any online game. The only thing that does not work at all is uploading images to any website via any computer on my network using any browser.
What happens is one of two problems, depending on the website, either A) - It goes into an infinite loading time, and never actually loads even after an hour of waiting, and never uploads the picture, or B) - It gives some sort of error. Errors vary between "Page not Responding", and "503 Service Unavailable" depending on the website.
So.... can someone please help me out here? It's effecting ALL computers on my network, no matter which browser is being used, so clearing cookies, cache, or anything along those lines won't help at all. It has to be something router/network based, but I have no clue what.
Much later tonight, if I still can't get it fixed, I'll try doing a hard factory reset on the router to see if it works. Still, I'd like to not have to do that, so any suggestions would be welcome. I can't upload an avatar
EDIT: I managed to upload a pic to tinypic via 3G connection of my phone, and put in an avatar change thingie.
Still though, I really need to fix this, as many websites do not allow external image linking like that, and require a direct upload.

I have no idea, but have you tried doing a speed test?
Seeing what upload speed your are getting.
Also, do you have a monthly allowance from your ISP on either uploads or downloads?

If this issue was not happening before, I recommend contacting your ISP to see what's up. They might be throttling you in some way or it might be an error on their side.

Vishera - Speedtest.net seems to work fine. It's slow as usual for my ISP, but it works.
VEVO - Well.... see my experiments below:
I found a way to get things to upload on my computer. It only works if I use Internet Explorer's (I know, ugh) private mode by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+P to open an "InPrivate" tab. Any image I try to upload in that browser works just fine.
Regular IE, Opera, Firefox, and Chrome all fail to upload, on ANY computer, yet IE's InPrivate browser works just fine for uploading. I think this is confusing me even more now than before.
As for contacting my ISP - I would, but it's not under my name, so they would refuse to help me. The person who's name it's under does a telecommuting job, and as long as that works fine (which it does), he doesn't give two craps about if the internet works for anyone else.
Any other suggestions? I at least found a temporary fix using IE's InPrivate browsing, but well.... it's still IE..... eww....
EDIT: Random notice @VEVO - our join dates are flipped flopped. You're September 13th, 2010, I'm September 10th, 2013. Found it interesting

Zeikik wrote Vishera - Speedtest.net seems to work fine. It's slow as usual for my ISP, but it works.Nice observation. As for the question, I'd like to say it's something wrong with the computer itself, yet that wouldn't apply considering that it's happening to ALL devices in the network. I'm quite stumped on this one. Leads me to think it's something hardware related. Either the router is going dumb or it's something on the ISPs side. If you can somehow find a way to contact them and help you out, that'd work out. They usually only ask for the name and billing number on the account which you can get off a bill.

I've tried calling them in the past, they wanted the last 4 digits of the bill holder's SSN, no way I know that.
I will try hard resetting the router late tonight when he nor anyone else will be on the internet. If that stil doesn't work, I can try plugging the internet cord directly into my computer and see if that works. That would at least 100% identify it as a router problem, not a ISP problem.

Doing a hard reset on the router seems to have fixed my problems entirely.
Thanks for the help everyone.

Figured it was something along the lines of that. Glad you got it fixed.
