maybe its just me but i really like that we cant play gta online until october.
it means I have over two weeks to play the single player, get as far as possible and learn the controls, the map, the cars, etc... instead of just jumping in like a noob. anyone else agree?

I am with you 100% if it came out at release most people won't play the campaign as they're worried about Gta Online.

I agree, and I think that's why they've done it like this - so that campaign/singleplayer doesn't go to waste with everyone jumping straight into GTA Online!

I'm a little confused on this delay thing. Can anyone tell me why they're delaying GTA Online? I agree that it's a clever and very very smart thing to do, but why?

To be honest I wish it was later. I would like to get a comfortable amount of the campaign completed before I feel the urge to go on multiplayer but I know I'm going to be pressured into playing it on the 2nd week...

i think its a good thing bc rockstar said that online takes place after single player so some characters from single player will return, so its good because we have time to beat campaign and get used to blaine county and los santos

because people like to go online soon as they get the game and don't even know what the single player is about i think they should do this on Call of Duty so People can Play Single Player and Everyone Can have a equal chance on the leaderboards and ranking wise

I reckon it is a good thing. The campaign will only take 2 days 3 at max to complete and then I get like 11 days to explore the whole map learn my way around it and learn the controls then go on Multiplayer and have loads of fun with my friends.

I think it's a good thing. The game is so vast, it will give people time to get familiar with the things you can do.
