Such a big company and still cant allow players to log onto a service they provide.

can someone message me when people that are getting the security question glitch can get on the web app please!

I am able to log onto the web app now.

All I did was answer the question till it locked me out.

Then I went onto FIFA 13 on console, went to ultimate team, then it asked me to make a new security question.

Once I made the new security question, I went online and it accepted the answer now instead of it being wrong then it all worked fine

I just tried and it still did not let me in!

Then I don't think it works for you but I saw it on the FIFA 14 EA Answer HQ and I did it and it worked.
