It is very obvious mate, if there is no problems being shown in the programs then it must of glitched when you was downloading the game, just find a better download

These newer XDG3 disc's cannot be overburned or truncated.
You have to burn all the data to the disk thats what the Problem is.

Considering I overburned them and it installed fine for me, it's fair to say they can.
If your drive can handle X4 then do so but if it can't do it to 2.4
