You change your locale first when signed out, then go to marketplace > arcade > a-z, sign in then press Y search Saints and BAM!

done exactly what you've said i click on saints row 4 and it comes up with an error 'sorry there's a problem with the xbox service' so maybe it aint working for that anymore ?

don't click saints row iv you have to go across to the right and there will be the season pass.

Okay so can you guys give me a little help here?

I followed every step as follows:

- Signed up for a Microsoft account and set my country to Oman.
- Went to xbox website, signed up for a free account using the Oman account email.
- But then I get another page that asks me what my xbox live account's location should be? I tried putting it as Oman (But then on Xbox it tells me XBL is not available in my country). Then I tried setting it as Austria, but the downloads are still showing as 34.99. What should I do?

I'd love to get this working.

Sign into xbox .com (without the space), not xboxthetechgame.comm

When signing up on xbox .com did you choose your language as oman?

Yes, I tried that.

I clicked sign up, and used the Oman email, and the next screen given to me was asking me my region for the Xbox account. So I went on Oman, but then on console it says that Xbox Live isn't available in my region.

The season pass will work on your main account as normal.
