More than capable, having seen DICE release the recommended spec's for bf4, you should be able to play bf4 on high/ultra.
However I doubt a 4GB GTX 770 is necessary.

We can sort of guesstimate.

OP: Yes, I think so. Very nice build though it doesn't need that sort of wattage unless you plan on running SLI in the future.
EDIT: Forgot to rate, 8/10.

It's ready for next-gen (this year) gaming, without a doubt, but we don't know about any other future games.

This should be fine for next gen gaming. The 770 is a strong card and the 4670k is arguably the best gaming CPU around.
9/10.
9/10.

9/10.
9/10 for a 770 and a 4670k? A 4960x and quad Titans is 10/10, so this is 6/10 max.

Or it's just people picking the most expensive build they can find, I'd rate 4960X w/ Quad Titans 1/10 personally as it's an overkill in almost any situation.

I honestly fail to see how this is a 6/10 build...
It's a build that is great for gaming, that's why it's a 9/10. Giving this build a gaming rating of 6/10 is just stupidness.
Like threererunnoob said, just because it's not massive overkill doesn't mean it's bad for gaming.
