It depends what you need to use the system for really. Also i doubt that RAM will fit under the processor cooler.

8/10 build. I'm guessing you'll be doing a lot of editing/rendering?
As Buxtyy said, the RAM probably won't fit under that cooler. You should be looking at the Low Profile version.

You don't really need any more than a GTX 770, 4770k and 16GB of RAM.

Are you joking? This build is both extremely high powered and reasonably balanced.
