As far as I'm aware, the CPU will not fit your motherboard as the socket for the CPU is LGA 2011 yet the motherboard you have chosen is LGA 1150.

The 3930k will work on X79 boards only, which are also LGA2011. You'll need a X79 chipset board if you want to run a 3930k CPU.
The RAM will run at a lower clock speed as the 3930k only supports upto 1600MHz RAM. It performs best with 1600MHz RAM anyway.
A 1200w PSU is a bit overkill for this build.
8/10

It won't work, the CPU uses LGA2011 and the motherboard uses an LGA1150 socket.
Also change the URL before an admin sees. Look at the end.

What makes it so they can fit? Just a quick explanation, so I can determine which ones I can get.

I wouldn't be able to give you a completely accurate reason as I do not know enough about how it works myself. I can however link you to a couple of pages which may explain the way it works.
