I created the profile on outlook.com by putting in my locale as Oman then i created a account on xbox then joined xbox live but it said my locale (Oman) was not apart of the xbox countries

It's currently working! A lot of people are getting confused, here's what I did:

~ Create Outlook account from Oman.
~ Go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and sign up, choose Oman as country.
~ Recover account on console.
~ Sign out of all accounts.

For Injustice:
~ Change region to Austria.
~ Refresh Xbox Home (Hold RT when pressing Home).
~ Press Batman ad.
~ Sign into Oman account.
~ Select Injustice game and buy (should be free).

For Arcania:
~ Change region to Austria.
~ Refresh Xbox Home (Hold RT when pressing Home).
~ Select ad called 'Tolles Angebot'.
~ Go to the right and select 'Action'.
~ Sign into Oman account.
~ Select Arcania and download.

For anything else:
~ Change region to United Arab Emirates.
~ Refresh Xbox Home (Hold RT when pressing Home).
~ Go to 'Games' tab and 'Browse Games'.
~ Sign into Oman account.
~ Press Y to search for anything in this list:
