For people who have the leaked game, do not have access to Multiplayer.
This is released on the 1st of October, I think. Its called "Grand Theft Auto Multiplayer".
And everyone who buys the retail of the game before then,
is entitled to this game patch/DLC when it arrives.

MY guess is, they're working on more security and perfecting it so it doesn't end up like GTA IV.

I was reading based off the achievements, the fact that there is 100+ is still a lot to consider. Wouldn't it be silly to have 999? thats a ridiculous cap.

im guessing after 999 rather than a 1000, its a special rank. still I could be wrong and those rank_xp represent something else.
If you have access to opening the rpf's, that file is in common.rpf\data\tune\tunables.json

idk $47,000,000 seems like it would take a long time to reach, and if you havent got bored by then, theres something wrong with you
