I've never had an issue with downloading a game before until now, it gets "done", says "Download Stopped", restarts and keeps going over and over again. Anyone else having an issue like this?

I'm not saying you did, I just said that this is the main reason why that happens. Does the download restarts to the beginning? Have you tried cancelling the download, deleting anything downloaded from your hard drive and restarting your console?

Apparently Live is just messed up currently for me, since I can't even download it now do to "temporarily" losing the marketplace for a bit.
