What are the the abilities for each character. I know Franklin is the slow-mo thing while in a car. What are the other 2? Also are they only available via purchase of special/collectors edition?

I know trevors is "Chaos Mode" Basically his bullets cause more damage and he takes less damage from bullets etc. Not sure about michaels.

Nope, they come with all editions of the game.
