Question : How to customize your Number Plate without the Ifruit app?

may of been unclear, I mean to have your own letters, not just changing the colour.

You can even create and reserve custom license plates for both Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online order your personalized plates before theyre gone!
