Put your device into DFU mode by following these instructions :
1. Connect your iPhone to the computer and start iTunes.
2. Turn off your iPhone by holding down the Sleep button and slide to power off.
3. Press and hold down the Sleep button and Home button simultaneously.
4. After 10 seconds release the Sleep button but continue to hold the Home button down.
5. iTunes will pop up a window that says it has "detected an iPhone in recovery mode."
Then click restore and it will restore it to 6.1.3 then after that finish the set up for 6.1.3 then go back onto iTunes and click update and it will update it to IOS7

Thanks so much. But as long as I back it up I should be able to get all my info and pictures and things back, right?

Might sound like a stupid question but just to clarify you mean back it up via the computer because I'm not doing it via iCloud. And I really appreciate your help

Enforcexl, you need to download the 6.1.3 IPSW (Update package) yourself so go here and select the right 6.1.3 firmware for your device and download it and then open iTunes click on your device and then hold shift and click on the restore button and navigate to where the firmware is saved and open it and it should restore to 6.1.3

Zyoxx wrote So download 6.1.3 ispw.. restore it and then restore to iO7? correct?
Hey idk if this will work for you but I closed out of itunes and diconnected my phone and then opened itunes back up and reconnected my device and its letting me restore now. Its currently downloading ios 7. So try to close out of itunes and reopen it and maybe it won't give you the error anymore too. Just trying to help.
