If you turn all those in, and they're in as good of a condition as you said, you will probably get around $30-45 depending on the demand for the game(if it's still popular). You're going to get the most for Halo 4. I would suggest you add another game to it, just to be safe.

look up there used price on gamestops website then divide it in half and that's about as much as you'll get for that game, then do it for all games.

I doubt it. I'm pretty sure by new, they mean within a few months new. Both of those games are decently old.

there is a list of the eligible games at the bottom halo 4 qualifys but not skyrim

Game stop is quiet possibly the worst place to turn in used games, dont expect much more than 7-12$ for each game, depending on the clerk.
