I have finished all them missions at the flying school

Try sleeping in your bed like 8 times to speed up the game for 2 days, By then you should get the marker then, Also have you checked on all the characters?

I will try the bed thing.... it has been like this since lsast night i have checked all the characters so many times

I just slept and skipped a bunch of times and it didnt do anything
