If anyone is interested I have completed 80 percent of the game including all of the missions and a lot more. Below is what I have completed and what all comes with the game save. I just uploaded the file to the downloads so it may take a minute for it to appear. I'll go ahead and add the mediafire link below.

All properties bought.
All rampages done.
19/20 Freaks & Strangers done
30/30 Nuclear waste
50/50 Spaceship Parts
50/50 Letter Scraps
30/30 Submarine pieces

Damn this is almost my exact save except I chose option A on accident I wish he would fix the money that would make my day..

Hey Crack, would you change the money problems? (or anyone who can) and then add an updated link.. I need this since I chose option A like a dumb dumb.

It says the file doesn't exist upload it to media fire?
