Idk if this is the right section but I've found a iphone 4s and I have submitted it to the police for the owner to pick it up but no one came so I was allowed to keep it but the problem is the iphone only turns on when plugged in a outlet And i changed the batteries but it still only turns on while plugged in a outlet any suggestions other than throwing it away ?
