QUICK QUESTION

I chose A (kill Trevor) but I might start the game again to choose C (let everyone love)

Can I still get %100 game completion with Michael and Franklin...(or do I need all 3)???

yes you need all 3 for 100% completion go back to a save before the last mission and do it that way it's quicker then.
