UPDATE: NEW WAY TO DO IT!

Go on App Store then featured then go to bottom and click in your Apple ID ad sign out, then sign into this one: Email-chickenburg @ live.com
Password- Marybugger1
With a capital m then go to App Store then updates then purchased an click on the little download button becide the app

Here are the instructions, Me and my friends have got it!

1. Go onto settings
2. iTunes & App Store
3. Click your Apple ID
4. Change your country region to New Zealand
5. Payment option "none"
6. Change suburb to East
7. Change postcode to 0100
8. Go to app store
9. Search BBM and download it!

Oh and remember to change back to your country once you have finished.

I download the app then i open it and it takes me to the blackberry website while still in the app?

Try typing Blackberry Messenger instead of BBM

I used my dummy iTunes account, that has no money, and i dont get the option ' none '
Any help?
