The same exact mother **** thing happened to me, I tried EVERYTHING. Try putting in the Skyfall cheat code, or spawn a **** ton of helicopters until they crush eachother and blow up. You'll die, and go back to the last checkpoint. Enjoy.

thanks but i found it out before u posted and i used a trashmaster it spazed out and fliped my boat into mid air
