Hey Guys i have a Problem whit the Avatar Update on the Newest Dashboard. i Updated the Dashboard whit no problems so im now on the newest dashboard but i cant Avatar Update i puttet the Folder whit the Files on a USB and Restarted my XBOX but nothink happend if somone could help me i will be very happy thx

I had a problem when doing the avatar update on the previous dash, if you have the USB plugged in before booting up the console try plugging the USB in when you're at the dashboard.

Removed? its on your nand ... check out if a launch.xex on your nand.
If yes, Dashlaunch is activ.
