Take out the Hyper 212 out and use this.

The 212 is a great cooler, but won't help the Haswell.
They tend to get very toast when OCing.
And for the case.
I would get either of these...

+1 for the cooler suggestion.
FYI that HDD is SATA II & Aria are a horrible company to deal with (my personal experience).
You may be able to buy most or all the parts from the same retailer to cut a bit of the hassle and postage costs.
There are also cheaper TIM solutions on the market rather than AS5, and some coolers even come with some pre-applied or a tube in the box. Arctic Silver 5 has a curing time before it performs optimally.
