title says it all, ive been banned yet again till the 6/10/13, ive made a new account and will use that as the 3rd ban is something like a month long, but i got banned for cheating/system tampering or gameplay, which i havent done any, can i do anything about this?

As it is not a permanent ban you can call Xbox and see why, hope this helped
