My connection was fine up until around a month ago, but recently it's been rather laggy. I have a perfectly good connection, as is reflected when I am gaming with my PC, but I the lag I get on Xbox reflects that of a rather poor connection.
What's weird is, it only lags periodically. As well as that, my NAT type is open, and I get host frequently on games such as Call of Duty, which makes everyone in the game lag.
Help me?

I do watch Youtube a fair bit when I am playing, but the problem still happens even when I aren't on youtube. I'm pretty sure I could sit on the desktop of my PC with nothing open and the problem would still happen.

most/every xbox360 console has internal lag and can happen any time but it's usually very short. there's nothing you can do about it

How are you connected to the internet
if your PC is using an Ethernet cable and your Xbox is wireless then the problem is that
because wireless is a much weaker connection that using an Ethernet connection.

I'm wireless on both, and always have been. It has never been a problem up until now :/
