i have run a team before, i have experience. my team does take 1! and only 1! team training session, not even 1 hour long. and of course your asking why should you join my team? these might help:
-my team has been in a game where our team is losing majorly. and we have easily brought the game back.
-we have a very tight teamwork system, with minimal orders, and commands.
-the commanders are there to be helpful although they can give a report, they mostly help out new comers.
- we have three branches, we are not strictly ground. we have pilots, ground, and tehn we have special teams.
the special teams that we have are:
special ops-basically in a simplified version all it means is you are the best on the team, not easy to get to however its not impossible. teamwork and dedication.
sniper teams- team of two, they are allowed to work by themselves and they must go through my sniper school. (sniper school is very easy and quick)
the last team is not really a group, but its all the squad leaders. once we get the first four, the four will all be tested and after testing we decide the leader of that squad. perks:
if you join with friends, you will all be put into the same squad and you will gain something i use called "team points" and they are used to judge when you rank up in the team. its not hard to be promoted if you try and become a dedicated player. points are given to people who show up at games, spend time helping train recruits, and doing anything to help me or other higher ranks help. such as organizing names. after every week (usually on friday) we do a conference meet. me and all the higher ranks evaluate all the lower ranks, this alone can give you enough points to get promoted. there are perks to being promoted.
you will be able to do the following:
-run your own team
-create your own squad
-do operations on your own in games
-and command other squads for example:
a squad leader is in control of a squad, the next rank higher, is what i call a platoon leader, he is in charge of all the squads, then higher than that is assistant and team leader.
id love to have some of you join, leave your gamertags on xbox 360 if your interested. if you have any questions ill contact you on xbox and talk. one other thing, yes we are moving to battlefield 4, no i dont require any dlc for the team. we train and play on all bf3 maps. i hope to get a a couple replies. as of now this team has not been started so EVERY POSITION! including assitant team leader is open and up for grabs. i will be giving out MANY promotions the first 2-3 weeks. so join up fast! odds are you will be at least a squad leader!
