Well I either don't have it or I can't seem to locate it. You could google my motherboard and see if it's on it but I'm not sure if it is.

The CMOS jumper is at the bottom right of the board. The jumper is blue and right above the greenish LED.

Oh pssh yeah I have that I thought it would be close to the battery. It didn't seem to work :/ damn.

Like he had suggested this is most likely a PSU failure. See if you can borrow one from a friend. Test it out then tell us what happened.

Sorry for the late response. I tried a different PSU and had the same results.

Sorry I'm not much help but this is weird. It could be a motherboard issue bu that is not guaranteed. Make sure you get one you can return just in case.
