I am looking for someone who has the DLC that came with the collectors edition of the game that might be able to put a download link of the file on here for people to download? Would be amazing if someone could do that!

A file? No, dear boy. It's not a file. It's a one-time use code that gets you the special stuff.

(Pretty sure it's already on the disk, just needs to be activated.)

I just want the Pistol .50 and Bullpup Shotgun.. Stupid how they come with a special edition. Will they be releasing them soon?

You can use them, but you have to use a save that have them redeemed OR wait for someone to reverse the save files completely, so you can add it to your own save-file.
