I have already beat the main story and right now I need to do the street races it I can't find them. It's the last thing I need for hobbies and pastimes

They can only be found at night around 20:00 to around 00:00. When you do one, you have to wait a couple of days for a text/email for another race.

You find them on your map the dirt races you have to beat one to unlock the next
