Has this been happening to anyone else? It always happens at random. I'm not doing anything in specific to cause the issue, it just happens for ZERO reasons. It's extremely frustrating especially when you're in the middle of doing something important. Anyone else having this issue or know a fix?

Sometimes mine does that too. What I did was delete my console update and download it again. It fixed the problem but I can't guarantee it will work for you.

It has been happening to me but i just quick save alot now and what i would suggest you do is buy a USB and install disc 2 to it because it messes up performance when installed on your your Hard drive

I think its just completely random cause i was shooting a rocket from a buzzard and Bam, so im hoping the TU will fix little stuff like this!
