It's not at my college, it's a very valuable learning tool in my opinion if used for the correct reasons in a learning environment. When I used to study maths, I watched some many videos to help me out.

Yes and no I'm in year 11 Nd since I was in year 9 they blocked it but because I took city as an option gcse they gave us another account and it's an administrator account so we access all websites

YouTube isn't blocked as sometimes after we have finished our work or during work we can go onto YouTube to listen to music but if we watch videos or anything and get caught they block it for some people.
