If i'm honest im not that bothered about the age restriction of the game. The last game to be a 16 was Modern Warfare 1:. That was the best game, so i'm not that bothered.

In my opinion it makes no difference, the only Call of Duty title that seemed befitting of the 18 age rating was Call of Duty: World at War due to the ability of losing limbs. I don't really see any reason why the rest of the titles to date (MW2, BO, MW3, BO2) are given an 18 age rating.

In short, it will make no difference to the game whatsoever.

Aye, it'll be of little difference to anyone. Annoying brats will still play and nothing to deter them from doing so will be in-game. I do miss the loss of limbs in World at War, added another layer of realism in my opinion, I mean a shotgun blast or a grenade won't just make you fall over. You should be a bloody mess depending on range etc.

Anyway, really no surprise. By Modern Warfare 7 or whatever they go up to it'll be rated E for bloody everyone.
